Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may face customs delays and additional import fees. These duties, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer—not Wicked Bitch. We can’t predict or reimburse these charges.

If you refuse a shipment, any return fees, customs charges, or associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Due to the made-to-order nature of all Wicked Bitch garments, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all items, including clothing and lingerie.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in faulty condition please contact shopwickedb@gmail.com within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
